I still await RVSV approval from FAA„ my FAA Rep works in SanJuan, he's been off island for training, he will not return till May 8th to review my application and RVSM Manuel„ From universal; If they are not RVSM Certified when flying across the N. Atlantic they are allowed to fly above RVSM Altitudes (FL290 - FL410) however upon entering the European FIR they will have to descend below RVSM Altitudes (FL290).
