I have been collection mangroves and have revised EAR to include the keeping/removing of ramp when new ramp is permitted. I plan to plant mangrove next week, and if I can get the as-built for the dock and the shoreline on LSJ we should be able to get everything cleared up. We are on good schedule, were about 2 weeks out on WAPA and we should dove tail in nicely. This should also let your dock application start rolling again.
