I i nt realize the units where running without filters. id a walk thru on her last visit, and noted the units where in very bad shape and requested proposals from Reefco to replace all three units. Doors and Skylights, David ordered Doors, Windows and Skylights when he did the initial order for lumber, MSI screwed up order, hence delivery delay. May 19th expected Delivery Outstanding items that need to be addressed. 3/6 Furniture Package was forwarded for review. 4/13 Proposal for AC Replacement forwarded to Rich for approval 4/18 E- mail to Danny, Anna and Rich from- To review El anel, Gutter Drain needs to be installed, so Deck can be completed and Exterior Paint can be completed had a verbal conversation with Danny regarding this as well. Danny needs to purchase and install Electrical Panel. TJ and Anna received paint work list frorawhich outlined all his work, which include Cottage Exterior. Go Forward: Danny needs to do Electrical Panel work, and gutter drain. ASAP TJ needs to Start Priming interior tomorrow, paint Thursday Friday kitchen area so David can install base cabinets Monday & Tuesday. Once Base Cabinets are install then Counter person will come and measure. EFTA01048190 Given the Delivery Delay for Doors, Windows and Skylights, David is estimating 3 week before completion. I would anticipate end of May.
