Attached is a trial subpoena for Mr. Epstein. Ms. understands that service has now been effectuated on Mr. Epstein for the upcoming trial in v. Maxwell. This service, per your earlier letter, is without prejudice to your right to raise other non-service issues in a subsequent motion to quash.
