They never expressed a desire to sell the agency completely, so I assumed they want some kind of capital infusion but not sure for what. One thing I recall was mention of buying out some Eastern European agencies (which I thought might interest you), but since they proposed meeting in Paris a couple months back I haven't had much contact w them.
