This is just one of the many issues that where discovered. Examples: Hot Water Circulating Pump - Cabana 1, Found & Fixed, it had been unplugged for some time Hot Water Circulating Pump - Kitchen, needs to addressed UV Water Treatment - Cabana 1, new unit ordered, again found unplugged/non operational Master Bedroom Dehumidification and Air Purification Systems disconnected, these have been replaced Sea Water Strainer for Library AC System, had holes in it allowing debris to get to intake pumps, this has been fixed Landscape Lighting Total mess, some issues have been addressed. All this comes under Preventive Maintenance, which clearly has not been done On our first visit we saw disorganization and confusion on all levels, but being on site for a period of time and seeing the daily operation of the Islands we realized that within all departments organization and direction where the missing elements At this point we have barely touched the surface, there is not even one area which does not need to be cleaned/organized e.g.: Generator Room/Switch Gear Room, if you have time have a look There are multiple issues across the board in every department that need to be addressed. There is a need to find the balance between Projects and the Maintenance/Upkeep of your properties and at the end of the day you should be there to enjoy your properties and not be irritated by them We beleive our goal is to insure that your home is operating as efficiently and smoothly as possible, but if this is not what you want, then the move to the islands may not be the way to go please advise if you still wish for us to relocate? regards EFTA01058800
