John Woods is requesting this work in order to produce and complete an accurate island site plan for GSJ. The proposal is $18,500, the team estimates 10 days of work, a deposit of $7,500 is required to begin, and the balance will be due once the completed survey is delivered. Ryan says they can begin the field work the first week in January, and deliver the survey by about January 20, as long as the weather cooperates.
