Cash on the table and an option to sell to a third party if they were prepared to pay his absurd asking price at a subsequent date I'm still of the firm opinion that if you met him one in one, you could persuade him to do a deal. Agents always tend to spoil these negotiations by urging the owners to be patient and wait for the dream offer. As you probably know, Jabor and HBJ were here recently, however HBJ had to dash off to represent Qatar at Castro's funeral in the midst of his visit. What are your plans for the holidays? As ever!
