She said the viewing went well this morning and the client's representative (it sounds like it was his curator) thought the work was beautiful and is headed back to Zurich now to confer with the client. Gagosian says the client wants to move quickly, so they expect to hear something shortly and they are optimistic (for what it's worth) about the deal going through. As a back-up, Gagosian has another interested buyer who may want to see the sculpture tomorrow at the warehouse. They will let me know if it is happening in the next few hours and I'll make sure the conservator that we have been using is there to supervise the viewing. I'll keep you posted as I hear more.
