Glidden Proposal Electrical Services 4716 Estate Mafolic #12 St. Thomas VI 00802 4-6-11 To: Gary Kerney Bill RowIm Lafeyette Construction Re: Flagpole Pool Work Gentlemen, The following is my proposal for the work to be done with relation to the feeder installation (Labor Only), the pump room electrical and the cabana electrical. Lsj will supply all conduit and wire fbr the 1500' feeder from the woodshop to the new flag pole pool pump mom/elcctric room. MG electric will install all conduit and wire along with supplying a new 150 amp, 480 volt main breaker to he to he installed in the woodshop 480 panel. Lsj will also supply man holes and hand holes to be installed by MG electric along the feeder route. LSJ is to supply all excavation, concrete encasement and backfill material and labor. MG electric will supply and install a 200 amp, 480 volt distribution panel, a 75 kva transformer and a 200 amp, 208 volt distribution panel in the new pump room along with lighting and electrical connections/circuits to all equipment within the pump room including circuits for existing flag pole lighting and new pool cabana. MG electric will supply and install a 3 phase, 70 amp feed to a new distribution panel to be located in the laundry room of the new cabana. MG electric will supply and install all devices, light fixtures(excluding interior and exterior wall sconces and vanity lights) and a/c condenser/air handler circuits as required.
