The Court has reviewed the Motions and the record and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. It is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal the parties' Joint Stipulation of Mootness and Withdrawal of Plaintiff's Emergency Motion (DE 204) is GRANTED; (2) Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Contempt and associated Motion to file same under seal (DE's 194 and 195) are DENIED AS MOOT.
