PARK PARTNERS 320 EAST 82 ST I NEW YORK I NY January 13, 2016 Dear Partner, I hope this letter finds you well and for what I hope to be an outstanding 2016! I am delighted to report to you that we have finalized all the plans for filling a building permit. I have enclosed a plan set for your review. In addition, we will file our Offering Plan with the Attorney General of the State of New York next week. Our hope is that the plan will get approved within 120-days. Once the plan is approved, it will allow us to offer homes for sale and take contracts and deposits. Further updates: All of our demolition has been completed and we have begun the process of "buying out the job." The piece de resistance of each home will be the kitchen. I have enclosed cut sheets to preview the kitchens that were purchased from the Italian kitchen cabinet maker Arcliner. Enclosed you will see the sidewalk wrap that we installed on the construction barrier, which in effect has become a giant ad for the building. Since the beginning of the week, over +20 people have inquired about units in the building and have signed into our web address for additional information.
