If your supposedly using a three phase system with neutral then the amount of cable would be 4 times the amount of conduit, not counting the connection leads. Anyways, I just got pricing from Graybar international, Luis Torres 787-622-2255 as follows (he is my Electricians rep at Graybar. PR) The following are cash prices as of 11/10/11. Cable prices are valid for 24 hrs, don't panic they are stable at this time; but, still only valid for 24 hrs 1500 ft Cable 4/0 THHN CU @3.40/ft 6000 ft Conduit PVC 3" Sch 40 @1.18/ft 1 ea Long Sweep 90dg 3" PV;a4.10/ea 2 ea Coupling 3" PVC @1.75/ea 2 ea Male Adpater w/lknut @2.25/ea 24 ea PVC Glue (quart) ©7.00/ea a 7% sales tax will be added to the total unless an exemption certificate is provided. I added the other items because you will several of each for the installation. The actual conduit has a belled coupling on one side. so you only need the couplings when you cut for size or when installing the sweeps. The glue is calculated about 1 qt for every 250 ft of 3" conduit (25 connections). Let me know if I can b of further assistance. PS: I forgot the price on the #4 ground wire.
