9 East 71" Street Daily Report 6/12/13 • Master Bedroom ac unit worked with A.D.Winston to increase amount of air flow in Master Bedroom 3f1. Reviewed system duct layout on prints, performed various operational tests on the master bed room 10 ton unit & AC-3 upper house fan system. I instructed A.D Winston to install the 20" flex duct from the cold deck discharge with chilled water supply air adding an additional 1200cfm at 55Deg f to the return suction side of the 10 ton master bed room ac unit, lowering the return temperature air and increasing the bed room air adding a substantial air flow in the master bedroom you can hear and feel the increase in air flow in the bed room. Mr. Epstein when you return please check the master bedroom and let me knows if this increased air flow is acceptable. • Contacted Mechanical Technologies they will send a new (VFD) for the catering kitchen exhaust system the burned out on start up after electric was shut off at no cost for material. We will have to pick up the cost for shipping and technical start up. Unit should arrive by Friday June14th. • A.D.Winston sent invoice from the crane hoist rigger for the cancellation of the cooling tower June 151h hoist. Sent to JE,RK,DI • Picture light for the Entrance hall is at 71m street waiting for approval for the electrician to start the installation. • Exercised 6th fl Movie room equipment so theater system does not go into sleep mode, as per cutting edge recommendation. • Replaced Three high ceiling spot lights rd floor drawing room used 3 two pin MR-16 Bulbs.
