Building systems are complex, often with extensive integrated control systems and utilizing commercial building systems and equipment. However, the techniques and strategies used to design and maintain commercial buildings seldom apply to residential properties given their differences in occupancy and use. Intense sun and high-altitude project sites create a unique set of design criteria and considerations. Every home we've worked with is highly customized, as unique as the personal preference and styles of their Owners. Reliability, privacy and security are important and discretion is mandatory. Beaudin Ganze Consulting Engineers, Inc. (BGCE) has specialized staff trained in residential system design, troubleshooting, verification, and corrective performance adjustment. Our professional engineers and certified commissioning agents work with Owners and Property managers to understand desired project goals and issues needing resolution. Our staff routinely analyzes existing building systems and identifies corrective measures to resolve problems and optimize performance. We are leaders in sustainable technologies and responsible design for building projects. Few engineering firms have the same level of experience as BGCE when it comes to these types of properties. When we have completed a project, a comfortable built environment with reliable systems is the result.
