King International Airport, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands Dear Ms. Brennan, Thank you again for the opportunity to submit our company's quote for the construction of your new Fuel Truck Containment Pad. We have thoroughly reviewed the design plans and specifications dated November 1, 2012 prepared by your architect, The Jaredian Design Group. All work described and incorporated into those design documents have been considered with the exception of any underground or unforeseen circumstances, ie encountering rock or any other unknown utilities not identified therein. Our estimate to perform all of the work includes the following: (I) Clearing the Pad Area; (2)Installing and Maintaining Silt Fence; (3) Site Grading of Pad Area; (4) Compaction of Fill Area; (5) Hauling of Spoil and Fill Materials; (6) Concrete Pads and Sump Pit; (7) Concrete Knee High Perimeter Walls; Saw Cutting of Control Joints in Concrete Pad; Purchase and Installation of Heavy Duty Grates (Miscellaneous Shipping and Transportation Cost; and BCC, Inc.'s Overhead. Given the Scope Of Work as depicted on the design documents, We are pleased to quote you a Construction Cost of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars and Sixty Three Cents ($113,628.63).
