BILL OF SALE & AGREEMENT For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, this Bill of Sale and Agreement is hereby made and between LSJ Employees, LLC, at 6100 Red Hook Quarters Suite B3, St Thomas USVI 00802 (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and Modesto Hernandez. at PO Box 306048, St Thomas USVI 00803 (herein after referred to as "Buyer") and entered on the 0 day of March, 2012 and completed with full payment and within the terms of the said agreement on the 9th day of March, 2012. Sale and Purchase "Seller" herby sells assigns and transfers and "Buyer" hereby purchases and acquires a 2000 MS300 Mack Truck (hereinafter referred to as "2000 Mack Parts") as described herein to wit. Make/Model: Mack MS300 Year: 2000 Engine Serial Number: VG6M118B4Y8304048 Color: Green Purchase Price and Payment The purchase price for "2000 Mack Parts" is $1,000.00, which the 'Buyer' will receive "as is", with payment made in full via "check" to LSJ Employees, LLC and or "cash" Delivery of 2000 Mack Pans As of 9' day of March, 2012 the "Buyer" is in full possession of said "2000 Mack Parts". Big N will transport "Buyer' to Little St James and said equipment will be transported to Red Hook Marina whereupon "Buyer" will take full possession of said equipment. Seller's Warranties "Seller" hereby covenants, represents and warrants that "2000 Mack Pans" described above is free of all liens and encumbrances. "Seller" is the lawful owner of said equipment. The new owner becomes immediately responsible for the "2000 Mack Pans" and hereby releases "Seller" from any responsibility connected with said equipment. The new owner agrees to pay any and all bills that are incurred after the date and time of signing of this agreement. "As Is" It is understood that this "2000 Mack Parts" is sold "as is" condition, that no warranties other than expressly presented in writing herein are to be inferred or implied and that any warranty made by "Seller' or Agent must be written on the Bill of Sale or it is not valid.
