NJ 08827 phone fax web sawyerstontrols.com October 28, 2013 Sawyers is pleased to present to you the following proposal for upgrading the current Digital Keypads and convert over to a Biometric Entry system. This system design will be based upon a Fingerprint Reader that will be custom enclosed in a single gang reader to replace the existing device within the same footprint. The Fingerprint Reader will in turn be connected to an upgraded Software House Access Control processor. This would then upgrade the Reader, Processor and overall control of the door. Sawyers intends to re-use all of the door hardware, locking mechanisms and egress devices. This upgrade will probably require new wiring to the Fingerprint Door Station location. Sawyers has included line items for the re-wiring and labor associated with pulling additional cables. If this work is not required, it will not be invoiced. The custom plate for the reader will be fabricated to match the same finish as the door station that was upgraded in 2009. We think the combination we are proposing will provide a very high level of security at the doors while also looking attractive and passing any type of landmark inspections.
