Included are the walls, fascia, gutters, shutters, painted ceiling and railings. The varnished ceilings and entry doors are not included. I have separated the railings, staircases and other metal bars, costs, due to the amount of preparation needed. Preparation and painting will include Prerssure washing, grinding, wire brushing, epoxy primer and two coats of oil base enamel paint. Due to the deterioration of the metal a warrantee cannot be given. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Pressure wash the building to remove mildew, dirt and louse paint. 2. Sand the weathered wood where necessary. 3. Prime all areas where necessary. 4. Apply two coats of premium, Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paint to all surfaces.
