FL 32301.1231 The claims against Brad Edwards were filed for the sole purpose of extorting Mr. Edwards, his clients, and other victims of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal molestations into abandoning or compromising their rights to full compensation. When that effort at intimidation failed, the baseless claims continued to be prosecuted in the hope that innocent circumstances might be sufficiently distorted to conceal your client's purely malicious intent. That pursuit has also been a total failure. The trial court has bent over backwards to provide you the widest possible latitude in the conduct of your doomed fishing expedition.
