May 15, 2012 Richard Kahn HBRK Associates Inc. 301 E 66th St., Suite 1OF New York, New York 10065 Dear Richard; Please accept this letter as a contract between HBRK Associates and myself for consulting services. This agreement shall run from April 23rd to July 29th or until terminated with 30 day notice by Craig Martin or 7 day notice by HBRK. Consulting services shall be provided primarily on site on Lithe Saint James Island on days and hours agreed to by HBRK, and at other such locations, days and times as may be requested by HBRK from time to time. Areas of concem will be property management, overseeing staff and managers, construction and project management and any other areas that the HBRK deems necessary. Rate of Compensation: $ 15,416.67 monthly, to be paid every two weeks ($7708.34) via wire transfer. Reimbursable Expenses: To be paid with approval of HBRK.
