SCOPE OF WORK O Disconnect, remove, and dispose of the old 40-ton Carrier chiller from basement mechanical equipment room. O Provide, rig and install (1) new additional 30 ton Multistack module to attach to the existing chiller. + Disconnect, remove and dispose of old BAC Cooling towers and remote sump. • Provide, rig and install (2) new 52-ton BAC galvanized cooling towers to roof and pipe into existing condenser water system. • Provide, rig and install (1) new remote sump (galvanized) in basement mechanical room and pipe into existing condenser water system. O Change filter media on existing sand filter. O Provide protection to entrance hall and steps for deliveries. O All necessary materials and labor to pipe chiller. O All necessary materials and labor to install power wiring for chiller. O Insulation of all new chill water piping and damaged insulation that may be disturbed during tie in of components. O Chill water and condenser water balancing. O Rubbish removal and carting away from site O Factory supervised start-up, and one-year warranty on entire project. O Five-year warranty on new compressors (Part only) O All labor and supervision to complete the above scope of work. Price: $352,255.00 Three Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Five Dollars (plus applicable sales tax) Price valid for 30 days. EFTA01102364 Add/Alternate: Please add $22,656.00 Twenty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Six Dollars to the above price for the installation of (2) VFD's to control the cooling tower fans. (BMS system and/or control wiring is excluded from this price) Exclusions: Patching, Painting, Overtime, Electrical control wiring, BMS work and controls/control valves, Filing of permits if necessary, Sales tax, and any items not listed in our proposal.
