THOMAS AND St JOHN FIRST RESORT PAINTING, ) ) ST-13-SM-225 vs. Plaintiff, ) ) ) ACTION FOR DEBT ) LSJ, LLC, ET AL, ) ) Defendant. ) ) DEFAULT JUDGMENT THIS MATTER came on for trial on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 before the Honorable Harold W. L. Willocks, Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Walter I. Bostwich, Owner, appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff. The Defendant, having been duly served, via certified mail, failed to appear. Based on the sworn testimony and exhibits admitted into evidence, the Court entered its findings of fact and conclusions of law on the record and entered judgment by default against the Defendant. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED; ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS ($5,160.00) together with post judgment interest at the rate of four percent (4%) per annum plus ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) Court cost; and it is further ORDERED that copies of this Default Judgment shad be directed to the parties herein.
