Trial by jury is the keystone of our system of Justice; and jury service is therefore both an opportunity and an obligation of every citizen. This package consists of a questionnaire and a jury summons. The questionnaire is the Court's means of obtaining some information about you from which we can objectively determine whether or not you are qualified - pursuant to law - to serve as a juror. It is important for you to understand that the jury selection process is critical to the trial process; therefore, each question in the three (3) sections of the questionnaire must be answered truthfully.
