PLANE PERFECT AIRCRAFT INTERIORS, INC.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A) Maintenance Conditions
Due to the unique variations in intenor configurations. labor for the removal and reinstallation
of the cabin interior to facilitate maintenance installations ate not included unless gated
otherwise. This will be invoiced separately on a time and material basis. Anydiscrepancies,
corrosion repair. or other maintenance found as a result of this work scope will be worked on a
time and material basis.
B) Avionics COlittitt011e
1I Current and Correct Aircraft wiring prints are required four (4) weeks prior to aircraft input.
unless stared otherwise.
2) EMI/till interference problems that are pre-existing or are found because of a new
equipment installation. wall be corrected on a TIME AND MATERIAL basis.
3) Physical apace must be available in the aircraft for the quoted avionics equipment.
4) Unless specifically stated otherwise. no provisions have been included in the pricing for the
relocation of any antennas, racks or equipment to facilitate the installation of new equipment.
Customer may be given turn pricing once Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors is able to survey the
aircraft.
5) Earning aircraft system. and avionics equipment that are interfaced to newly installed
avionics systems may require updating to current factory standards and mod status. If required.
these modifications will be quoted once Plane Perfect Aircraft Intenors is able to survey the
aircraft.

Pacing does not include any upgrades to the existing Hight Display System which may be
required to support the VNAV. GPS scaling and the ability to doplay TAWS of ECM'S.
7) Any additional modifications or repair, required to facilitate the modifications of the
equipment noted. is NOT included in the pricing.
8) At times. Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors utilizes factory STCs to install new equipment.
Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors verifies the sir package is complete with a Flight Manual
Supplement. Electrical and Structural drawings. Any deviations to the SIC will be corrected on
a TIME AND MATERIAL basis.
9) Plane Perfect Aircraft Intenoss will provide two sets of Avionics 1 Electrical Wiring Prints
to the Customer.
C) Interior Modification Conditions
I) The pricing or downtime of this proponal is based upon the materials selected by the
Customer. Anychanges or deviations may result in a pnce adjustment and additional downtime.
2) Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors assumes the current oxygen supply and system is capable of
delivering the required How to any new configurations.
3) Seat cushion fire blocking certification is not included as part of this proposal. Fire blocking
certification shall be provided. based upon Customers final selection of seal fabrics and
materials. Fire blocking casts are as follows:
a) 53.400 for each initial testing of one (1) seat covering material.
b)
.50l) for each additional covering matenal.
Example: All seats covered in leather will hare a onetime charge of $3. 400. If seats are
covered et leather and damn is covered in cloth. then the charge will be 55.900. if she sears and
divan are covered in any combination of leather and cloth the charge shall be 55.9(0.
4) All new fabrics and materials not inherently flame resistant shall be treated with a lire
retardant protection as needed to comply with applicable FAA specifications. Plane Perfect
Aircraft Interiors is required to ensure that all new materials are certified to nieet the
requirements of FAR 25.853 (FAR29.853 for helicopters).
5) This estimate is based upon a standard aircraft in a standard configuration. All modifications
are predicated on Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors using unobstructed attachment points.
structural support. and existing DER approvable honeycomb construction, as well as existing
main galley power lads for proper installation. Any unknown repairs or movement of existing
secondary or prinixy structure necessary to execute proposed installations shall be at an
additional cost.
6) When performing refinish work on existing woodwork. Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors
assumes woodwork to be in good condition. If upon stripping. It is found the existing wood
veneer has concealed damage or cleaning solutions used that impact the finish effort, there shaft
be additional charges to compensate for additional efforts.
7) Hare Perfect Aircraft Interiors assumes the customer will remove their own personal effects.
galley stores, distr.. clothing, tapes DVIX. CDs. etc. Plane Perfect Aircraft Interior, will
remove and inventory these item on a Time and Material basis if they have not been removed
prior to induction into the repair cycle.
Di General Terms & Conditions
I) The customer is responsible for all expendable Items to complete the work scope outlined in
the proposal and any additional item.
2) The above prices are valid for 30 days from the dale of this proposal.
31 Any work requested that is not part of this proposal will he performed at the then current
labor care.
4) Downtime stated in this proposal is bused upon a timely availability and receipt of required
materials.

Maintenance manuals. Installation manuals. and/or Service Bulletins.
91 All aircraft documentation (weight and balance. electrical loud analysis. Flight Manual
Supplements. 337's. etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges will result.
if new analysis is required.
10) Aircraft MOMS prints must be complete and matt, the current aircraft configuration.
Freight charges are the responsibility of CUthither.
12) Unless specifically stated, all equipment and furnishings removed shall b.e.nu the
property of Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors. All components contained in the workscope shall
remain property of Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors until paid in full.
13) Unless speed-wally gated otherwise, this proposal is based on the aircraft being completed
as a U.S. registered aircraft for FAA certification purposes.
14) Contract cancellation is subject to restocking/penalty charges. This includes charges for
fabricating stop order.
15) Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors reserves the right to request additional deposits, progress
payments and downtime for any additional work requested.
16) Itemized pricing is for cost analysis only. and is not intended as standalone pricing. unless
otherwise noted.
17) Customer supplied parts will be subject to a mandatory incoming inspection process before
installation on the aircraft. The Customer will supply the proper paperwork. remitted by the
FAA for installation in aircraft with the part for the incoming inspection. A handling charge of
15% of the Litt Pricy of the part wall be invoiced to the Customer on the Work Order for parts
valued under $10.00. For parts valued over 31000. A handling charge of ION, will be
applicable. Asa general rule. the value of the part will be determined by the aircraft
manufacturer's List Price for that transaction. If this price is not available. an estimate by Plane
Perfect Aircraft Interior, Purchasing Manager will be used to determine the basis for the
handling charge. For spare parts supplied from Customer stock or earned on the aircraft (i.e.:
spare generator. wheel. brake. converter. etc.). a mandatory incoming parts inspection will be
conducted at a charge of $1(10 to cover that inspection.
18) All pricing is in US. Dollars.
19) Plane Perfect Auendt Interiors shall not be considered in default and no liability is
assumed by Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors for any change in delivery schedule due to any
cause not reasonably within the control of Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors. including but not
limited to. foe, explosion. riots. acts of God. civil disturbances, stokes and labor difficulties.
delays in the delivery of vendor pats or equipment, delays by FAA and ACM? similar in nature
to the foregoing. Should an event occur which would give rise to Customer's claim that Plane
Perfect Aircraft Interiors is in default hereunder. Customer shall first give Plane Perfect Aircraft
Interiors a 30-day written notice of lb claim during which time Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors
may cure any claimed default and incur no liability therefore.
20) Customer shall relieve Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc. of all responsibility for all kiss
or damage to said aircraft and articles left therein in the event of foe, theft or any other cause
beyond the direct control of Plane Perfect Aircraft interiors, Inc.
Payment Tenter
Payment in full. including any additional amounts associated with Discrepancies. Discrepancy
Approvals or additional work. will be due maxi completion of the work and prior to release of
aircraft, unless other prim arrangements have been established and approved. Acceptable
method of payment: Company check. Progress payments will be established for projects in
excess of S250.0IX). Unless otherwise specified. a deposit of 50.I Percent Deposit is required to
start work. Deposits are non-refundable and will be retained by Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors
JO liquidated damages in the event the project is canceled.
Collections
Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees, cost and expenses incurred by Plane
Perfect Aircraft Interiors. Inc. in the enforcement of or an a consequence of any breach of this
Agreement by Customer. Customer pants to Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors a hen and security
interest in Customer's Aircraft up to the amount Many payment due but not made by Customer
hereunder.
Supplemental Billings
Plane Perfect Aucrdt Interiors may be unable to secure limad vendor or internal pricing on
certain pans or services at the time an invoice is required to pocess the payment. In those cases.
an estinuted mance will be provided for payment in (unlace above). After final prices are
known. a final invoice will be provided as quickly as possible. and payment will by made.
Sales Tax
The State of Florida does not assess sales tax on parts and labor for airplanes that have a
maximum weight over 15.000 lbs. and helicopters that have a maximum takeoff weight over
10)300 lbs. Applicable tax will be charge for all other aircraft unless the proper documentation
i.e. tax exempt certificate or export documents are supplied to Plane Perfeth Aircraft Interiors.
Inc with this executed agreement.
Environmental Regulating Charges
Environmental regulating charges may by applicable to cover costs incurred to comply with
local. Mate. Federal. and environmental regulations.
Conditions of the Aircraft
The piing for the work is bared on the assumption that the aircraft is in airworthy condition,
that there is adequate apace and that the existing cleaned/avionics interfaces and electrical
power will acconurodate the new installations and modifications. Nang also assumes that the
existing aircraft wiring prints provided by the Customer match the current aircraft configuration
and that the existing structures will not have to be tested or modified in order to complete the
work. In the event one or mire of these assumptions is wrong. an estimate of the additional cost
and time required to correct the deficiency will be subnutted to the Customer for approval.
Discrepancy Approvals
Any Discrepancies found on the aircraft that are not put of the contracted work wove will be
documented and must be approved by the Customer before work can begin to correct that
Discrepancy. Therefore. n is important that approvals are granted promptly and returned to the
Project Coordinator via Fax or Express Mail. It is also understood that any additional work may
extend the downtime of the aircraft as well as increase the final invoice. For additional work
and correction of discrepancies found during the inspection. the current hourly labor rates at the
time of service shall be applicable.
Acceptance
Upon acceptance of this agreement. this document and the attached proposal/work scope shall
constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior offers. negotiations
and agreements relating to the subject Mittel hereof.
The signatory agrees to these Tenth and Conditions and any terms and conditions outlined in
the attached documents. The signatory Certifies that he/she has the authority to execute this
agreement on behalf of the aircraft owner.

Attention: This proposal is based on all seats and divans using leather with existing design. An
additional option for new foam has been added to the proposal.
Aircraft Carpet
$48,060.00
All existing carpet will be removed throughout the aircraft (Cockpit and Air Stair Not Included). New
customer selected carpet (Price not to exceed $125.00 per square yard) will be purchased by Plane
Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc. The existing carpet will be used as a template to precut the new carpet to
the existing interior configuration. The new carpet will be installed in the aircraft for final cut and fit. All
exposed carpet edges will be surged to give a clean and finish appearance. New throw rugs will be
provided for each seat location as existing. The existing interior components and seating removed to
facilitate the installation of the carpet will be installed in the aircraft.
The existing entryway and galley Loncoin flooring will be removed from the aircraft. Each piece of
Loncoin flooring will be used as a template for new customer selected Loncoin (Price not to exceed
$150.00 per yard).
All floor areas throughout the aircraft will be inspected prior to the final installation of the new carpet.
8110-3 Burn Certificates will be supplied to the customer.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
OPTION: Cabin Carpet Padding
$5,380.00
The existing aircraft carpet padding will be removed from aircraft and new Skandia, AeroLite carpet
padding will be installed throughout the aircraft.

retained as is. Each seat will be prepped for new customer selected leather (Price not to exceed $11.00
per square foot).
New dress covers will be fabricated to match the existing seat design and pattern.
All plating will be retained as is.
12 Single Seats Include: 6 Salon, 1 Lounge, 3 Office and 2 Bedroom
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
SINGLE SEATS OPTION TWO:

Fireblocking Test For Seat Leather And Foam
$2,550.00
A fire blocking test is required at a charge from SKANDIA INC. of $1,700.00 plus the cost of 75 square
feet of leather at a total of $825.00. The leather and a drawing of the exact foam work build-up for each
seat will be sent to SKANDIA INC. for flammability testing.
If OPTION ONE is chosen: Customer must supply original seat fireblocking package. If customer cannot
supply Fireblocking package, OPTION TWO may need to be selected for proper seat documentation.
Above fire blocking pricing is for one part number/style of leather. If a seat is upholstered with two colors
of leather, the fire blocking pricing will change in accordance with leather selected.

If OPTION ONE is chosen: Customer must supply original seat fireblocking package. If customer cannot
supply Fireblocking package, OPTION TWO may need to be selected for proper seat documentation.
Above fire blocking pricing is for one part number/style of leather. If a seat is upholstered with two colors
of leather, the fire blocking pricing will change in accordance with leather selected.
Fwd Lavatory Seat Cushion And Shroud
$3.300.00
The existing fwd lavatory/potty seat and shroud will be removed from the aircraft. The existing fwd
lavatory/potty seat and shroud will be stripped of the existing leather and foam. The existing fwd
lavatory seat cushion will be reupholstered with new customer selected leather.
All materials used will be in accordance with FM regulations.
Aft Lavatory Seat Cushion And Shroud
$3,300.00
The existing aft lavatory/potty seat and shroud will be removed from the aircraft. The existing aft
lavatory/potty seat and shroud will be stripped of the existing leather and foam. The existing aft lavatory
seat cushion will be reupholstered with new customer selected leather.
8110-3 Burn Certificates will be supplied to the customer.
All materials used will be in accordance with FM regulations.

Notes
Any and all miscellaneous discrepancies found while performing the workscope will be brought to the
customer's attention before any additional work or billing is completed.
There will be no additional billing to the customer unless an authorized work request has been approved
by the customer.
In the event the customer selects a carpet and/or leather exceeding the square yard limit established,
the customer is responsible for the additional cost of the carpet square yard price and/or the leather
square foot price. This amount will be added to the amount of the estimate provided.
The following items are not included in the above workscope or pricing supplied to the customer, but
can be performed by Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc. upon the request of the customer:
Plating
Weight and Balance of Aircraft.
Log Book Entries — This will be the responsibility of the customer.
