Due to the recent announcement that Attorney Denise Francois will be succeeding the undersigned as an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, the Court wishes to give the parties an opportunity to voice any conflict of interest concerns regarding the undersigned's continued handling of this case.2 Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties should be prepared to discuss any potential conflict of interest at the time of the hearing scheduled on Wednesday July 31.2013 at 9:30 a.m.. and it is further ORDERED that copies of this Order shall be directe to counsel of record.
