Ms. Shuliak is a dentist and holds a current and valid United States Green Card. She also holds a current and valid Schengen Visa. Ms. Shuliak will be traveling by private aircraft back forth between the United States Virgin Islands and Saint Barthelemy a number of times in October and November 2015 and is requesting the grant of a multiple entry visa to Saint Barthelemy. Each time Ms. Shuliak enters Saint Barthelemy for one of these trips she will be staying only for the day and will return that same day to the United States Virgin Islands. Therefore, no accommodations will be required for Ms. Shuliak at any time that she travels to Saint Barthelemy under the requested Visa.
