Escrow deposits received are considered refundable to the depositor until we are notified otherwise in writing by the depositor, or until we are in receipt of a fully executed Purchase Agreement/Contract outlining the terms and conditions of the funds being held in escrow. It is our goal to maintain confidentiality of the transactions. For this purpose, we do not disclose the source of deposits or the identity or entities receiving disbursements unless the confidentiality is specifically waived in writing by agreement of the parties. Should a deposit become disputed, depositor and any other parties to the executed agreements will hold AEROtitle harmless and will share equally the fees and expenses incurred by the escrow agent.
