Stairs, Handrails & Guardrails - should be in good repair and firmly fastened to support normal loads
Fixtures— free from obstructions, leak, major defects, and performing intended purpose.
Water Systems — Kitchen sinks, lavatories, laundry Facilities, bathtubs and showers should be supplied
with hot and cold running water with adequate volume and water supply to ensure fixtures to function
properly

Sanitary Drainage — Plumbing fixtures should be properly connected to an approved disposal system,
free from obstructions, leaks and major defects
Air condition system — Ensure system is functioning properly

Ground Fault Interrupter— Ensure GFI are installed at potentially wet areas or where water can splash
Fire Safety - Egress, fire extinguisher , single station smoke detector, shall comply with the Uniform Fire
