As such, the Court will cancel the hearing on August 5, 2013, and the undersigned will recuse himself from this case. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the post-mediation status conference scheduled in this matter on Monday, August 5, 2013 is CANCELLED; and it is further ORDERED that the undersigned hereby RECUSES himself from this matter in accordance with V.I.
