Mr. Epstein Per our last conversation, at your request, I am speaking only to you about this matter. I am respectfully requesting re-employment in the efforts to maintain, repair, operate and enhance all aspects of your new home and support equipment. Offering my service as a contractor is not ideal for me as I regard health insurance coverage as vital to me. Individual health cover is not available here in the VI. Therefore, If you are inclined to employ my skills, I request that employment be offered at a salary rate that you choose and feel is suitable and reflects an included health care provision. If employment is not an option, I must still be pleased to do contract work, as I am still anxious to serve your needs. I stand ready to serve as you see fit.
