Price includes materials and non-union, non-prevailing wage labor. • Remove existing exterior caps and insulated glass panels • Furnish and install new glass as follows: o 1" Insulated Low E Argon tempered outboard lite & laminated outboard lite • Furnish and install new exterior aluminum glazing caps with rubber gaskets and exterior beauty caps • Reseal unit exterior with Dow 795 silicone sealant • Remove old glass and aluminum frame from jobsite • 10 year warranty on glass seals and 2 year warranty on labor • Final cost subject to site review by construction manager • Please allow 10-12 weeks for start of work from signing of agreements • A 35% deposit is due upon signing of agreements • Owner is responsible for protection below skylight during glass replacement Please call with any questions or to setup a jobsite visit.
