TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Main data Main characteristic Boat SPORT'S 5-10500/K is a RIB boat which consist of pneumatic buoyancy tube and rigid hull. This model is outfitted with cabin. Bottom, deck and console are made of glass reinforced plastic GRP. Buoyancy tube is made of ORCA fabric covered by HYPALON®. Dimensions  length over all: - 10,50 m;  breadth  - 3,50 m; height - 3,40 m.  buoyancy tube diameter: - 0,60 — 0,53 m;  designed draft - 0,50 m;  freeboard - 0,70 m;  capacity: - 3000 dm3;  quantity of buoyancy chambers: - 9;  weight of the empty boat: - ca. 4500 kg;  max persons (seating places): - 2+16;  deck area: - 7,2 m';  outboard engine power: - 2x350 HP;  cabin length: - 3,25m  cabin breadth: - 2,40m  cabin height: - I,95m Buoyancy and stability of the boat: The construction of the boat thanks to it proper weight ballast guarantees very good stability and seaworthiness. Buoyancy tube guarantees unsinkability of the boat in case of flooding or hull damage. Construction Hull and cabin materials. Main construction material is glass-polyester laminate. Binding materials:  polyester resin;  elastic polyester resin;  gelcoat (external part of grp);  polyester topcoat; EFTA01117447  DIAB foam; Reinforcement:  fibre-glass mats  rowing fabric; Additional materials:  initiator of resin hardening agent;  accelerator of resin hardening;  putty. All constructional materials have Class certificates of the Notified Bodies. Lamination if made by vacuum infusion method. Connections of the elements and stiffeners are made before hardening of the laminate. Buoyancy tube fabric. The basic woven fabric used for the buoyancy tube is made of high quality polyester fibres gummed on both sides with blends based on the chloroprene caoutchouc while the outside part of the fabric has been additionally coated with HYPALON which gives the fabric such characteristics as resistance to: abrasion, crude oil products, decay, ultra violet operation, sea water within temperatures -1°C up to +30°C, corrosion, short term operation of flames, temperatures of the ambient air -30°C up to +65°C. Fabric parameters:  specific weight of the fabric - 1360 g/m2;  resistance to elongation: 320+350 daN/5cm; Connections For gluing the tube the high quality chloropene glue is used Propulsion Propulsion is made by twin outboard engines Yamaha 350 HP each. Basic steering and navigation devices. The is outfitted with steering system consist of: steering wheel, hydraulic steering gear and engine steering: double throttle levers with cables. Inside the cabin, on steering panel, there will be installed navigation devices (GPS, echosounder, VHF, radar), electric panels, engine panels. There are navigation lights mounted on cabin. Fuel installation. Fuel installation consist of the internal stainless steel tank, elastic fuel hoses (ace to ISO 7840). Fuel tank capacity is 2x350 I. Fuel installation is outfitted with cut of emergency, manual valves. EFTA01117448 Electric installation Main components There are two electric circuits:  engine;  deck devices. Each of the circuit consist of:  cables with connectors;  engine alternator;  batteries 3x100Ah;  electric receivers; Construction of electric installation All electric devices are suitable to work in sea conditions. There is battery charger from quay mounted on the boat and connected to batteries. The cables and protections are according to Polish Register of Shipping rules.. Bilge system Boat is equipped with electric and manual bilge pumps with water outlets on the transom. Cabin Closed cabin with sliding doors, two pneumatic chairs for crew and benches for the rest of passengers . Glass windows with wipers, lights inside cabin, hatch on roof and bow part of the cabin.
