That why for the last year we are doing business with your company to give you the best quality material and a perfect service meaning that you receive all the material on time to do the work you need to finish and please the owner of the project. In our last shipment on ornamental plant we did the execution on and order you ask to do it, on that order we increases our inventory to fill all the material your company needs, meaning expense in delivery , agricultural inspection, fumigation, labor and additional inventory that EFTA01118319 implicated more than $7,000 in inventory that we didn't need. We were very responsible with your company and we were equitable to charge only the cost on agricultural inspection, fumigation and the labor to load and unload the container you cancel at last minute. We did not charge on the expense we have in our inventory, the labor in the farm, and the delivery. We know the owner change his opinion and decide on not accept the order at the last minute and he didn't paid the advance money to denied the order, but for us it is a compromise the word when a client like your company ask for a material, it take us more that 5 days in advance to pull all together for you to have all the material you ask on the container the day your schedule.
