EFTA01119155 RATE CARD Flat Rate Consulting Fees: Commercial Properties: $2,000.00 per day Residential Properties: $1,750.00 per day Site Visits: 2-4 day process to include site inspections, meeting with client and written document outlining Recommendations/suggestions: $1,600.00 per day Training of household staff: On location up to 8 staff members: $2,000.00 per day After 7 days a 5% per day discount is given and 10% discount for training in excess 21 days. Monthly and quarterly rates are available based on the scale and complexity of the project. Placement of Staff: A 20% (of the annual salary) finders fee is charged for all full-time placements. For clients wishing to recruit more than 2 staff members at any given time a 15% placement fee will be charged. General consultation on an ad hoc basis: $400 per hour General terms: For all on site visits client will be responsible for the cost of flight, accommodation and expenses during our visit. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days after which a revised estimate will be provided. Payment terms: All invoices are presented to client in US Dollars.
