January 5, 2012 To: Whom It May Concern Re: Robert J. Sprauer I am writing to commend the superb skills of Robert J. Sprauer as a master Estate/Property Manager. When Robert did a major construction project on my home several years ago, I was so impressed with the quality of his work, his brilliant problem solving skills, his incredible range of abilities and talents, that I hired him to manage my real estate properties in Westchester County. He has done major renovations, landscaping projects, management of service people, supervision of vendors and trades people, security system planning and implementation, party planning and execution, and even automobile repair for me. It was a great comfort knowing that Robert Sprauer was in charge and able to handle ANYTHING while I was traveling to remote areas in Bhutan, Morocco, or Kenya. I needed someone who has a strongly proactive work ethic, is scrupulously honest and frugal with other people's money, and positively enjoys finding and solving problems quickly and creatively, with his own hands if necessary. I am sorry to be moving to San Francisco where I doubt I will find someone as dedicated, professional, and easy to work with as Robert has been.
