Reviewing our A/R, we still have outstanding balances of $9,999.60 going back to Jan. 14, 2013, and a balance of $2,329.87 from March 20th, 2013. I'm not sure if I need to contact Richard Kahn or not, but I have copied Mr. Kahn with this e-mail. I would appreciate any timely response from whomever, and if you or Mr. Kahn are not the right folks, if you could let me know who I need to get with? The owners are getting very nervous regarding these outstanding payments, along with the time it took to collect our previous payments on outstanding invoices. Because of continuing late payments, I'm concerned if Henderson Const. is not performing to Zorro's expectations, being the reason for very late payments and a follow up conversation with representative/s from Zorro would help resolve this situation? Based on the time lapse since our last invoice payment, and the date of our last invoice of Jan. 14, 2013, this is becoming a most grave situation as too our limited options, as I'm sure Zorro is very familiar with. We have been working with Brice on what sounds to be significant work being requested, which we'll need to curtail these conversations until such time as these A/R issues are resolved. If I can get an immediate response by no later than Monday June 10th, COB, MST, as to your plan to resolve, other wise Henderson Const. will need to consider and possibly implement our options regarding these outstanding monies.
