This car is open until 1:00 am for dinner and re-opens at 6:00 am for breakfast. The bar-cafeteria car is open until 1:30 am for din- ner and re-opens at 6:30 am for breakfast. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase from food cart before 1:00 am. • Benefits: Discount voucher booklet (Art Travel Pass) is of- fered in all trains to Barcelona, which provides dis- counts to many museums in Barcelona. • Check-in procedures: There are no check-in pro- cedures before boarding Train Hotel Elipsos trains. Ticket control and passport checks will occur on board the train. ■ Page 2 EFTA01126140 Conditions Refund policy • Advance booking: Up to 90 days in advance. • Elipsos ticket required for holder of certain passes (discounted passholder fares available). • For passholder fares: pass needs to be validated prior to boarding the train. For Flexipass, one day of use of the pass is required. Page 3 • Special cancellation fees apply to certain fares. Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased. Re- funds, when authorized, can only be performed in North America with Euro Railways. Exchanges can only be performed in North America. To exchange a ticket in North America. client must buy a new ticket and then send the unused one back for a refund. For exchanges a US$15/ CAN$21 handling fee and/or penalty may apply. When requesting an exchange in North America, make sure client allows enough time for the new ticket to be sent before his/her de- parture to Europe.
