As distasteful as I find your request, it is true we talked about some portion of the funds to be refunded
so I will send Rich a check for the 16k of expenses he submitted last week.
This gesture does not imply your end of the deal is settled but it is intended to demonstrate that one
does not renege just because there is no documentation to support the existence of an understanding.
In my case the money you ask for actually constitutes a major percentage of total assets...and what's
your excuse?
