The bid takes into consideration that we would receive the site ready for all of our proposed construction. Specifically, a 60' X 120' asphalt pad will be placed on site by owner and meet ASBA specification standards. Should you need any specific information on this construction specification, please do not hesitate to inform me of your needs. Otherwise it is pretty straight and forward. As for schedule we would be able to meet your construction time frames, being able to start when all materials reach the jobsite.
