Outside windows MB windows. MB Roof Flashing. As discussed 3 B's sealed the existing gutter cap water tested leaders, PVC elbow was connected to gutter spout. therefore any backup of water would cause an overflow in metal moulding and front fascia of terrace. Please note this was an existing issue and a separate to the main leak on terrace ceiling. Next step,Leaders where sealed correctly, terrace and gutter flood with water. No leakage from ceiling below When water was spray on wall below windows, leakage occurred from ceiling below 3 B's have Temporarily sealed area, JJ is recommending cutting a section of stucco out and flashing correctly, also extending the flashing from the roof which also is an issue A proposal will be forwarded for your review next week. regards Brice Cordon EFTA01133261
