We have worked from the final Agreement which was executed with BlackRock back in November. I have attached a REDLINE version as well as a CLEAN version. Aside from the date, the primary changes were to make certain we had full contact information for the end-user, as well as confirmation of our ability to deal direct with the purchaser moving forward.
