With respect to art purchases by the Trusts I am told that months ago you have signed off on the notion of Leon
signing a brief note memorializing his advice (example attached) and a resolution indicating that the Trustees
considered that advice (example attached).
I am assuming you are still comfortable with this approach unless you tell me otherwise.
