As for the documents for the EB5 application, namely the agreements including escrow, operating, offering memorandums etc., unfortunately we cannot send the documents to anyone except to those who have expressed a defined interest by completing the "NYIFund Evaluation Form". Those documents can only be given out after filling the specific client information. I was more than happy to show them to Jeffrey and will have no problem again if he so desires to see them in person. Once the evaluation form is signed by you, I can prepare the agreements. This is a requirement under SEC regulations and a company policy. Any questions the client may have will be answered transparently and every information provided by us may be verified before you decide to invest.
