They have lost money so far but I expect them to be profitable this year. The backlog so far is USD 20 mio and which is what they did in whole of 2010. They have potential blockbuster products that could bring it up to the next level such as ProDry and Sorbfloc. The oil and gas industry as field mature need an increasing amount of fresh water which needs to be decontaminated and the company offers this service. They have also hired away from Cameron their key sales engineers they got from the Nalco acquisition. The company is looking to raise CAD 5 mio to finance their working capital needs for the next 18 months. I thought it might be of interest to you.
