SEE WM at the bottom. Please be advised that the SVRS rollout to the St Thomas / San Juan Field Office is scheduled to begin on January 01st, 2011. Upon implementation, all of the POE's within the San Juan Field Office should be processing private boaters utilizing the SVRS application. Float Plan Vetting Likewise and unless a Private Vessel Query and Targeting Team (PVQTT) is created, each authorized reporting location will also be responsible of vetting the applicable filed float plans that appear on the SVRS application. For more information on the SVRS application and your reference, attached is a document of frequently asked questions. This document is in the process of being updated. The new version will be disseminated at the end of December. In addition, SVRS data will be updated to reflect your days & hours of operation for your AOR. You can also visit http:i/www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/pleasure boats/boats/svrs.xml. Please ensure this policy is widely made known and implemented accordingly throughout your ports of entry.
