Pro. 1201 Plaintiff, Case No. 50 2009 CA 040800XXXXMBAG vs. SCOTT ROTHSTEIN, individually, BRADLEY J. EDWARDS, individually, and L.M., individually Defendants ORDER ON CASE MANAGEMENT STATUS THIS MATTER, came before this Court on April 1, 2011, on the Court's own Motion for Case Management Status. This Court having reviewed the case management submissions, desiring for a more orderly and consistent approach to present outstanding motions, and being otherwise advised, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The hearings presently scheduled for this Court, Epstein's Motion to Compel scheduled for April 5, 2011, Edwards' Motion for Protective Order, scheduled for April 8, 2011, and Court Ordered Case Management Conference scheduled for April 15, 2011 are canceled. 2. The Court sets aside the entire day of Thursday, May 19, 2011 beginning at 9:30 a.m. to handle all motions relating to discovery and privilege issues. 3. The Plaintiff is directed to serve an Amended Complaint on or before April 8, 2011. 4. The Defendant is directed to serve an answer to the Amended Complaint on or before April 13, 2011. Within seven (7) days from the date this Order is entered, the parties are directed to prepare a joint statement listing all pending discovery motions and motions relating to privilege issues to be heard on May 19, 2011, and submit it to the Court. 6. Any additional motions relating to discovery or privilege issues that are to be heard on May 19, 201, are to be filed on or before May 2, 2011. Any response thereto shall be filed by May 9, 2011. 7. On or before May 6, 2011, counsel for the parties are to deliver to the Court an updated list of all motions to be heard on May 19, 2011. 8. The moving party for each motion shall deliver to the court on or before May 11, 2011 a copy of their motion, any response to that motion and a proposed order with self-addressed stamped envelopes.
