Dear Sir, FARM LAND INSPECTION REPORT I wish to report that my office undertook an inspection of the 250 hectares of land which G.E. Mulemena is applying for in Chief Kapijimpanga Area and the findings are as follows: 1. Early settlers The said land is free of early settlers and hence displacements will not arise. 2. Burial sites. The land being applied for has no burial sites. 3. National Forests. There are no national forests on the land being applied for and so qualifies for alienation. 4. National Monuments.There are no national monuments located on the said land. 5. Sources of streams and rivers. There are no streams or rivers originating from the said land. 6. National Parks/Game Management Area There are no game Parks and no game management areas in the area. 7. Holders of Title There are no other developers on title in the area and hence no encroachments will arise from this alienation of land.
