Not sure that you've seen the attached. Especially since it will be a good while before Leon & Debra would be moving into
the townhouse, we will need to proceed to upgrade the alarm system in order to put the separate coverage in place for
the trusts since the primary insurer will require this. To date, per Jeffrey Haber, Leon has resisted doing so.
