Subject: AP SHL Investors We did receive a K-1 after the FTC 2012 tax return was filed. They historically have sent us our K-1 every year after or on 9/15. We reported the sale and wrote off the balance to long-term capital gain. Attached is the K-1 which shows that they did not zero out the balance. Please call me with any questions. Thank you.
